ReplyDeleteThat really is amazing!! Just last week when we were in Vancouver for DB's marathon we stopped by at this observatory and were able to see Saturn through this huge telescope. It was REALLY cool! But kind of trippy at the same time. Made me feel really little. lol

Yeppers, what a good reminder about not sweating the small stuff. But what do they say...everything is small stuff! hehe!
Seriously though, you're right about we humans being so small and unimportant in the great scheme of life. We are arrogant enough to believe we control what happens to us, but life will go on and do what it has always done, and it will change and morph without any input from us.
Earth is not center of the universe, as those photos clearly portray (or those gumballs depending upon how hungry you are).
