When the house in the city sold we paid off that mortgage and the loan we'd taken from work to get the financing in place on this house and with what was left over we put down a good sized down payment on a little acreage tractor.
We went with New Holland. Pie really wanted an enclosed cab, and we got a loader and bale fork with it for now. I'm sure there will be more attachments added in the future.
The tractor will be mainly for clearing the snow, moving bales and in the spring/summer/fall for working the ground in the arenas.
How good is that? Do you realise there are men every where, who would love to drive around on that! Not do anything, but just play?
